The breakfast selections were FANTASTIC with porridge available to order. My room featured double beds and this was convenient for the kids. Every staff member had a SMILE and seemed eager to assist. I really LOVE hotels like this.

The staff WAS super helpful and very welcoming, from the check-in desk to all areas. One staff member assisted my daughter and me with our allergies at breakfast, and we left FULL. IT WAS great.

Check out time before 12 IS really great, especially when traveling with younger kids. This hotel clearly aims for excellent standards and the facilities show it. I COULDN'T believe how great the hotel was.

The breakfast had perfect choices and the staff made everything so EASY. I was impressed by the options available for all tastes. IT was one of the highlights of the trip.

The hotel is in the heart of it all and about 10 minutes from shopping. Highcross shopping center car park was ideal for leaving a car. I FOUND it quite safe, too.

i stayed on the 8th floor and the room was quite cold. i tried to call reception, but the room phone didn't work (this was quite frustrating). it took a while to get a heater.
